Arriving and leaving
Rooms from two. We ask for them by ten. If your bus gets in at six in the morning, say so; the hall is open and we will hold your bags.
Getting here
Buses from Santa Marta and from Riohacha stop on the highway, a kilometre south. Motorbike taxis wait there and cost a few thousand pesos. Tell us the time and we will have one meet you, which matters at night because the lane is unlit.
Children
Welcome everywhere on this property except the gaming room, at any hour, for the reason set out on that page.
Insects
Mosquitoes at dusk and after rain. Sandflies on the beach in the late afternoon, which are worse. Nets over every bed, repellent at reception, and long sleeves after five is the advice everybody here gives and most guests take by the second evening.
