Terms

Adults

This site describes a hotel with one gaming room on it. The Colombian age for that room is 18. Under 18 the room will not open and this part of the site is not for you.

Nothing is played here

Nothing is wagered at niumoon.com, no account is opened and no money changes hands. There is nothing to play on this site and nothing to download from it. All of it happens in one room at Calle 3.

Accuracy

The hours and the numbers here are current and may be wrong by the time you read them: a table shut, a room off, the lane flooded. Nothing here is an offer. You have a room when we have said you have one, to you, directly.

Our material

The text, the photographs and the drawings are ours. Quote from it if the quotation links to where it came from. Our pictures and drawings are not to be copied out, and none of this belongs under another name.

Links out

Where this site points somewhere else, that is for convenience and we do not control what is there.

On the property

Staff may refuse entry to the gaming room, the counter or the property, and may ask anyone to leave, without giving a reason. It is nearly always drink. It is not a negotiation. The kitchen serves once.

Safety

The sea here has an undertow and no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk and we say so on the river and sea page in more detail. Open flame of any kind is forbidden everywhere on this property because the roofs are palm.

The site

Static pages on a rented host. It goes down now and then and no promise is made against that.

What we answer for

What goes wrong on this property is ours to answer for. Liability for loss that follows from using this site is excluded as far as the laws of the Republic of Colombia allow. Your consumer rights under Colombian law are unaffected.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and the courts of the Department of La Guajira have jurisdiction.
